Take Me Out to the Game

My sweet niece Kayla ROCKS!!! I can't belive what an awesome catcher she is. My brother Juan, Sydney and myself spent a fun afternoon watching Kay's first game of the season. It is so much different than soccer more relaxed and kick back. Thanks for inviting me Kay I can't wait to "catch" another one.
Here are are a few of my favorites that I was able to snap, that is when I wasn't cheering for my girl.

Grape Stomp

I am fortunate enough to have a daughter who loves sports especially soccer. So I am able to get lots of practice shooting some action. This was shot in Rancho Cucamonga at the Grape Stomp Tournament. After 4 games playing in rain, hail, and sleet ( I know I thought we lived in California). Her team placed 3rd way to go Bio Hazard!!! See you in Diamond Bar

Krysti & Fred

I had so much fun taking these. Krysti is one of my very great friends who I am fortunate enough to also work with. Okay okay Fred is pretty cool too. They were so fun to shoot and Fred was just the man he had all kinds of great ideas. It was so awesome that they didn't mind a little bit of hiking and some wet grass. (We even had a few a aphids on us by the end) :) Thanks you guys for a great experience.

I think Fred is the only guy I have shot so far who actually likes getting his picture taken.

Starting Out

Okay everyone this is it. I am so excited to be starting this new adventure. I have been a aspiring photographer for years, but now I am ready to take the leap and try to do more. The real turning point was my own wedding. We were on a budget and found a photographer that seemed reasonable, but when all was said and done(3 months later ) when I actually received the pictures they were less than beautiful. It just dosen't seem right to have to pay an arm and a leg (sometimes more)to get that beautiful reminder of a special time in your life.

So I have deciced to make my passion into something a bit more and try to give people what I didn't have. A beautiful memory that they can afford.
